Helps with my balance, coordination and strength goals.
I have purchased two balance boards, various elastic tubes and recently resistance bands. Simple stuff that can help keep one fit.
Exercise band Pep pack is just what I needed to gently nurse an injured shoulder back to health.

Easy to do
I’ve had a fitter first board for many years and have used it both professionally and personally. It’s an amazing tool and I’ve seen it improve people’s balance. It’s improved mine to the extent that last week, at age 65, I got onto a paddle board and stood up on the first attempt!
great strength and recovery tools
