A word on packaging for shipping. Ensure package contents are protected from slipping around in the box. This shipment box arrived in poor shape: tears and dents and would not have lasted much more after delivery time. Fortunately the contents wer not damaged.

This is a great system for increasing and maintaining strength. I particularly like the fact that it is so compact and lightweight I can take it it with me on trips.

I began using a Lifeline resistance cable about ten years ago and have had great success. My chiropractor had recommended I use one for shoulder tendinitis, suggesting the most suitable colour/resistance level I should get, and coached me through a range of exercises using it. It has helped immensely and keeps the pain at bay. The quality is excellent, given I have only just replaced it after ten years.

I am recovering from ankle fusion surgery, and I have phased out of physical therapy. This rocker board enables me to continue the exercises utilized in PT at home. It is high quality, and just what I needed.

I am very happy with the quality of my rocker board. It is High quality and should last a lifetime. Great starter board for older people that need to strengthen their ankles, core and balance. If I ever get built up enough, I would like to try a wobble board. Other great products.

We loved this Rocker Board from the moment we opened it. It is very well made and nice looking. We have tried other balance training boards and this one is the best "hands down".We, also, love the fact that it is height adjustable. As you get better at balancing you can make it more challenging.

It's not too difficult to use and the size is good. After comparing with some other balance boards, I think the price could be lower.

My balance has always been terrible, and I decided to do something about it. I'm in my fifties, and in a few more years, bad balance may become a serious problem. After two weeks of daily use I can already feel the difference. I stand on my balance board while I'm listening to the news, or talking on the phone. A great product!

I purchased this balance board to use with my standing desk, to allow more movement at work and promote health. I use it for a few minutes at a time, when I'm on the phone or doing mouse work (it's hard to use while typing). I think it's way better than a treadmill (and portable)! Several others at my office are going to buy one.

I am very pleased with the balance board. I used something similar at my physical therapist's office when rehabbing from knee surgery. This balance board has all the same features but, is cheaper and more portable. Now I am using it to retain my balance training as I age. I am very happy with the speed with which the product was shipped.

I'm using it every single day since I've got it and it's way better than the ball or the very expensive compress air glove or the Seabo glove with elastic on each of the finger and thumb. For the price paid for the Power web it worth using it instead.

A wrist injury led to a visit to a physiotherapist who introduced me to the Power Web. I immediately ordered one and have been using it at home. It’s been really effective and is helping me recover.

I was looking for a full grip strength tool that would help me with my finger strength more than my grip itself. I tried a multitude of other tools but settled on this item allowing for a full stretch. It allows you to make it easier and more difficult the farther you stretch out. Customer service and shipping was great, fast and packed safely to avoid any damage during transport.

Excellent piece of equipment!

The trainer has helped me build the muscles I need for skiing without actually needing to ski. This meant when I went on the hill at the start of the season I had already developed the muscles I needed and it was so much easier to go to snow. I didn’t have to cut training short because i didn’t have the strength. It’s so much fun to use while also being incredibly helpful and I always love getting on it. The best replacement for true skiing anyone will find.

After just a couple weeks of using the Pro Fitter, I have noticed improved balance, tighter glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and core. This has helped knock out the remaining back discomfort I was having that was caused from my glutes not working and a core that wasn_x0092_t quite strong enough! This machine allows you to do a variety of exercises for a full body workout in a short period of time. Making it not only effective, but efficient! In my busy day, this is exactly what I need. Last July (2016), I underwent a left total knee replacement. I was in physical therapy for about 3 months after the surgery, and as part of that therapy, I used a Pro Fitter 3D cross trainer about once a week at the physical therapist. I thought the device was fantastic. I was on skis again less than 6 months from the date of my surgery, and after 3-4 warm-up runs, my confidence was back. I skied 11 days last season, including bumps and trees, and my brother and friends with whom I skied said that I skied better last season than I had in years. This year I bought my own Cross Trainer and I'm using it several times a week. While I have yet to explore all the things this machine can do, I find it an excellent device for conditioning the muscles that are so needed to ski, particularly the lateral thigh and calf muscles. And it's much less expensive than a Skier's Edge. It's so nice to be skiing still at the age of 71 with a new knee.

We really like this machine. The members of my gym used it until the bearings went on the first one so I bought another. It's one great balance tools of many available by Fitter First and the price is worth the value. I would recommend it.

great fun and it is the routine that gets me wanting to do more - so I can get a work out and be done within about 15 minutes but it energizes me to do more physical activity - I am very happy with the quality and the dvd is very helpful

Family members ranging from 20 - 60 all enjoyed integrating the Bodyblade into their home workouts. I had the original balance board over ten years ago and was happy to have it back in my facility. It’s been exciting having the new version to make the challenge interesting. Unfortunately, the only reason I won’t give it five stars is because of the specs of the balance board having a 360 degree disc. It’s a big downfall for me and has cause of concern for some of my clients who need this piece for their training. If there was an option for the 360 degrees and be able to only have it reach 180 degrees then it would help with difficulty degrees for all fitness levels. Having the original version as an option to purchase would also be nice to purchase.

Found the new version inferior to the old version. It is more challenging, but that makes it too difficult to practice movements that translate to improvement in sports, for example boxing. With the older version I was able to work a double ended bag quite effectively. Not so with the newer version. Practicing slipping, rolls etc was doable on the older version. I could work the speed bag very nicely. This translated to much more fluid movement while sparring.

A friend who is a doctor recommended it to improve proprioception. Everyone in the family is using it and loving it. It is super challenging. Time will tell if we see the benefits. Improvement is coming slowly for me. My son and daughter don't have it mastered...but they are well on their way.

Family member had discovered one of these in a health club in SE Asia and once I'd tried his I had to get one of my own. Beautifully designed and manufactured. I put a little edge of rubber under each end of the board to keep it from clunking noisily on my hardwood floors.

Bought the light one originally for my son after he broke his finger. Six weeks post injury, he was playing goal in soccer. He was able to keep the other fingers in shape while the injured one recovered, and was able to gradually add in gentle movements for the injured finger.
I have since used it with my massage therapy clients for strengthening and rehabilitation with fantastic results - three weeks to improve grip strength and circulation after an old wrist fracture. Coming to get another in the medium!

Yes, I have hand problems, and arthritis, plus quite weak wrists. I really enjoyed using this product. I have not had it long enough to experience any benefits, but it does work out your hand, fingers and wrists, so I am sure to see some positive benefits soon. I enjoyed the softness and flexibility of this tool, and it was quite easy to use, and was not hard on your hands. If you are diligent and use this regularly, you are sure to see some benefits. I will be ordering the medium strength in the not to distant future. I would recommend this product.

Adds an extra dimension to using the balance board. I am comfortable in bare feet and feel safe with socks. The cover allows me to easily incorporate the BodyBlade into my balance routine.

I am using them to assist in building strength and flexibility after hip replacement surgery. They are a very effective tool used under under the direction of a physiotherapist. Would be nice if they had come with a user guide.

I loved the challenge of this board in PT. I was doing rehab for a torn meniscus. I am so glad that I did the PT before the arthroscopic procedure. I truly saw the value in strengthening the knees and hips. I loved this board so much that I took a picture of the emblem on it and went right home and ordered. I will continue this challenge and will get to that little black ball !!!

Used this at physical therapy after my cartilage graft in my knee. It was tough to do as I worked to regain my quad strength. Having this at home has really helped me regain the lost strength and has helped me get back to running. I LOVE this!

The board is just like the one I use a physical therapy. I love it, but the shortest fulcrum (with the black rubber circle) doesn't have the velcro to hold it in place. The others do.
