Bodyblade® Oscillating Resistance Training Bar - Core Strength & Stability

Only used it twice so far I like it !

great fun and it is the routine that gets me wanting to do more - so I can get a work out and be done within about 15 minutes but it energizes me to do more physical activity - I am very happy with the quality and the dvd is very helpful

Family members ranging from 20 - 60 all enjoyed integrating the Bodyblade into their home workouts. The effectiveness of the 'blade workout is quickly apparent and because it's easy to just pick up and play with anytime, it inspired many impromptu creative workouts. It's as described online, and it's unique, simple design can provide either a gentle muscle activation or a rigorous core workout. We are delighted with this at home!

We (my husband) and I do the super-6 every morning and night with incredible results, better tone, more energy and able to keep it up only after 2 weeks. We ar 65 and hav never felt better physically.
