Orders placed on weekdays ship within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed to ship the next business day.  FedEx ground usually takes 1-5 business days to deliver from ship date.

We want to give you the best workspace innovation experience possible. Since we stand behind our products 100%, we’ll let you try it out for 30 days, risk-free. If you don't love your Vari® product for any reason, let us know and we’ll arrange for pick-up from your home or office for free.

RETURNS

Thanks to our risk free 30-day guarantee, you may return any Vari® product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply call your Fitterfirst Inc. Account Manager or our main line 1-800-348-8371 and we will issue a return shipping label.

We’ll even cover your return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your Vari®.  However, if you no longer have your original box, please let us know so a return box can be provided. 

Fitterfirst Inc. Canada Customers : Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days upon return receipt of your Vari® product.

Product Warranty

Vari® and Fitterfirst Inc. stand behind their products, and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work to resolve any issues that arise.  For products purchased on or after October 5, 2018, all eligible Vari® products are covered under a limited, non-transferable warranty for the term listed below for normal usage. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free trial. The Warranty Periods identified below each begin upon receipt of the applicable product by its original retail purchaser.

***The Warranty Period for products listed as "Lifetime Warranty" lasts as long as you, the original retail purchaser, own the product

For any products purchased prior to October 5, 2018, warranty coverage lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Exceptions to the coverage include:

Changes in surface finish, including colour-fastness or matching of colours, woodgrains, or textures

Normal wear and tear

Dye transfers caused by external contaminants

Modifications made by the user

Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings

Damage or marking of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign objects

Pilling of textiles

Returns and Replacements

During the 30-Day Guarantee period, returns, replacements, and shipping costs are paid by Vari®.

Within 1 year of the purchase date, shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by Vari®.

After 1 year from the purchase date, the shipping costs for warranty claims must be paid by the customer.

Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced at our cost under the 30-Day Guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.

After the initial 30-day risk free period, refunds will no longer be available, product replacements will be provided instead.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Replacements : Any failure from normal usage will be replaced free of charge and Vari® will replace the product for you directly at their cost. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user's ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free period.

Warranty Returns : Any returns outside of the initial 30-day guarantee window, but before the 1-year product warranty window, require customers to pay the freight costs to send the product(s) back to Vari®.
