    Question

    I think it’s a good piece of equipment, but I require a neck support when I’m flat on my back. I’d love to know what adaptations would allow me to use the beam as intended, I certainly don’t want to cut the beam shorter.

    Back Saver!

    I used to be a full time yoga teacher and had to go back to a desk job 3 days a week. The Beam has been a life saver! Sitting hunched over all day really take a tool on my body and I cannot wait to get home and use my beam. It has been a back saver for sure. Thanks Fitter!

    MIND BLOWN!

    Going from a career which involved sitting at a desk and analyzing data for 10 years to sitting around breast feeding a newborn around the clock, my neck/shoulders and back basically gave up. I had constant tension that a massage would fix for a week or two, and Chiro would only help for a week tops.
