Time will tell

Time will tell.. I've only been using it for a few days. I try to lie on it for 10 minutes a day. I'm trying to straighten my shoulders and pull them back. I think it may of helped a little so far but it is hard to tell at this early use.

Question

I think it’s a good piece of equipment, but I require a neck support when I’m flat on my back. I’d love to know what adaptations would allow me to use the beam as intended, I certainly don’t want to cut the beam shorter.

Back Saver!

MIND BLOWN!

Going from a career which involved sitting at a desk and analyzing data for 10 years to sitting around breast feeding a newborn around the clock, my neck/shoulders and back basically gave up.
