This is a great system for increasing and maintaining strength. I particularly like the fact that it is so compact and lightweight I can take it it with me on trips.

I began using a Lifeline resistance cable about ten years ago and have had great success. My chiropractor had recommended I use one for shoulder tendinitis, suggesting the most suitable colour/resistance level I should get, and coached me through a range of exercises using it. It has helped immensely and keeps the pain at bay. The quality is excellent, given I have only just replaced it after ten years.

I use these handles in a ladies exercise group. They are high quality plastic and stand up to being tossed in a bin several times a month. I like that I can interchange the tubing. My ladies have different abilities and the tubing can be changed to match their strength. A great confidence booster to use a denser tube. The tubing can be removed from one handle and passed through a variety of anchors. I also have several pairs of the triple end handles. To date I have ordered about 20 pairs. This company offers a great price. I paid much more for the first one from Chicago.

I have just replaced my resistance cable after ten years of frequent use. The low cost handles on the previous one had woven fabric strapping running through the plastic part of the handle which has eventually frayed, so I decided to replace them with this much more substantial pair of handles. These are more comfortable to use and will last indefinitely.

I received my order a couple of days after making it which was great. One of the items wasn't shipped so I wrote an email to ask bout it. The agent who replied was SUPER helpful and polite, also the reply was done fast. The missing item was shipped and I received it also after a couple of days after sending my email.
