The best replacement for real snow
The trainer has helped me build the muscles I need for skiing without actually needing to ski. This meant when I went on the hill at the start of the season I had already developed the muscles I needed and it was so much easier to go to snow. I didn’t have to cut training short because i didn’t have the strength. It’s so much fun to use while also being incredibly helpful and I always love getting on it. The best replacement for true skiing anyone will find.

The Pro Fitter is my new favorite piece of home exercise equipment!
After just a couple weeks of using the Pro Fitter, I have noticed improved balance, tighter glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and core. This has helped knock out the remaining back discomfort I was having that was caused from my glutes not working and a core that wasn_x0092_t quite strong enough! This machine allows you to do a variety of exercises for a full body workout in a short period of time. Making it not only effective, but efficient! In my busy day, this is exactly what I need. The Pro Fitter is my new favorite piece of home exercise equipment

Last July (2016), I underwent a left total knee replacement. I was in physical therapy for about 3 months after the surgery, and as part of that therapy, I used a Pro Fitter 3D cross trainer about once a week at the physical therapist. I thought the device was fantastic. I was on skis again less than 6 months from the date of my surgery, and after 3-4 warm-up runs, my confidence was back. I skied 11 days last season, including bumps and trees, and my brother and friends with whom I skied said that I skied better last season than I had in years. This year I bought my own Cross Trainer and I'm using it several times a week. While I have yet to explore all the things this machine can do, I find it an excellent device for conditioning the muscles that are so needed to ski, particularly the lateral thigh and calf muscles. And it's much less expensive than a Skier's Edge. It's so nice to be skiing still at the age of 71 with a new knee.

Great dry-land ski machine!
We really like this machine. The members of my gym used it until the bearings went on the first one so I bought another. It's one great balance tools of many available by Fitter First and the price is worth the value. I would recommend it.
