Excellent piece of equipment!

The trainer has helped me build the muscles I need for skiing without actually needing to ski. This meant when I went on the hill at the start of the season I had already developed the muscles I needed and it was so much easier to go to snow. I didn’t have to cut training short because i didn’t have the strength. It’s so much fun to use while also being incredibly helpful and I always love getting on it. The best replacement for true skiing anyone will find.

After just a couple weeks of using the Pro Fitter, I have noticed improved balance, tighter glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and core. This has helped knock out the remaining back discomfort I was having that was caused from my glutes not working and a core that wasn_x0092_t quite strong enough! This machine allows you to do a variety of exercises for a full body workout in a short period of time. Making it not only effective, but efficient! In my busy day, this is exactly what I need. The Pro Fitter is my new favorite piece of home exercise equipment

Last July (2016), I underwent a left total knee replacement. I was in physical therapy for about 3 months after the surgery, and as part of that therapy, I used a Pro Fitter 3D cross trainer about once a week at the physical therapist. I thought the device was fantastic. I was on skis again less than 6 months from the date of my surgery, and after 3-4 warm-up runs, my confidence was back. I skied 11 days last season, including bumps and trees, and my brother and friends with whom I skied said that I skied better last season than I had in years. This year I bought my own Cross Trainer and I'm using it several times a week. While I have yet to explore all the things this machine can do, I find it an excellent device for conditioning the muscles that are so needed to ski, particularly the lateral thigh and calf muscles. And it's much less expensive than a Skier's Edge. It's so nice to be skiing still at the age of 71 with a new knee.

We really like this machine. The members of my gym used it until the bearings went on the first one so I bought another. It's one great balance tools of many available by Fitter First and the price is worth the value. I would recommend it.

Beginner to advance levels give flexibility on how actively you want to engage and balance

The active office board keeps me energized as I alternate between sitting, standing and being engaged on my board throughout the day. Love it!

I have had a standing desk for a few years now, but legs and back didn't love it so I only found myself standing about 20-30% of the time. Since I've had this board, I have been standing at close to 90% of the work day and feel so much better than I did before. Great product!

I bought this to go with a standing desk setup I made. I've found the biggest advantage is because it constantly shifts, it prevents my feet from getting sore, as my weight is not all on the same spot for hours. As all FitterFirst products are, it's quite high quality.

I have had a standing desk for over 18 months, which helped my back immensely. Adding the balance board has made a noticeable improvement in how much I move during long hours at the computer. Great product!

I had the original balance board over ten years ago and was happy to have it back in my facility. It’s been exciting having the new version to make the challenge interesting. Unfortunately, the only reason I won’t give it five stars is because of the specs of the balance board having a 360 degree disc. It’s a big downfall for me and has cause of concern for some of my clients who need this piece for their training. If there was an option for the 360 degrees and be able to only have it reach 180 degrees then it would help with difficulty degrees for all fitness levels. Having the original version as an option to purchase would also be nice to purchase.

Found the new version inferior to the old version. It is more challenging, but that makes it too difficult to practice movements that translate to improvement in sports, for example boxing. With the older version I was able to work a double ended bag quite effectively. Not so with the newer version. Practicing slipping, rolls etc was doable on the older version. I could work the speed bag very nicely. This translated to much more fluid movement while sparring.

A friend who is a doctor recommended it to improve proprioception. Everyone in the family is using it and loving it. It is super challenging. Time will tell if we see the benefits. Improvement is coming slowly for me. My son and daughter don't have it mastered...but they are well on their way.

Family member had discovered one of these in a health club in SE Asia and once I'd tried his I had to get one of my own. Beautifully designed and manufactured. I put a little edge of rubber under each end of the board to keep it from clunking noisily on my hardwood floors.

A word on packaging for shipping. Ensure package contents are protected from slipping around in the box. This shipment box arrived in poor shape: tears and dents and would not have lasted much more after delivery time. Fortunately the contents wer not damaged.

I am recovering from ankle fusion surgery, and I have phased out of physical therapy. This rocker board enables me to continue the exercises utilized in PT at home. It is high quality, and just what I needed.

I am very happy with the quality of my rocker board. It is High quality and should last a lifetime. Great starter board for older people that need to strengthen their ankles, core and balance. If I ever get built up enough, I would like to try a wobble board. Other great products.

We loved this Rocker Board from the moment we opened it. It is very well made and nice looking. We have tried other balance training boards and this one is the best "hands down".We, also, love the fact that it is height adjustable. As you get better at balancing you can make it more challenging.

Great for feet, calves, hips and entire posture

Easy to use. Great stretch. Everyone who comes over loves it, so i have purchased one as a gift. The recipient loves it. Great to use during zoom meetings or when reading am paper. Had a problem with the initial one and the customer service was superb. I was sent a new one and easily, without any cost to me, returned the first one. It is really convenient tool!

Works as advertised. Well made. I wear a size 11 men's shoe and the regular size board works fine for me.

Bought this after using a similar one at physical therapy. The large size is good--I can't imagine adults using the smaller one. Placed it in a convenient location where I can hold onto a post. I step on it at least once or twice a day for 30 seconds or more, and it quickly loosens tight calf muscles.

My balance has always been terrible, and I decided to do something about it. I'm in my fifties, and in a few more years, bad balance may become a serious problem. After two weeks of daily use I can already feel the difference. I stand on my balance board while I'm listening to the news, or talking on the phone. A great product!

I purchased this balance board to use with my standing desk, to allow more movement at work and promote health. I use it for a few minutes at a time, when I'm on the phone or doing mouse work (it's hard to use while typing). I think it's way better than a treadmill (and portable)! Several others at my office are going to buy one.

I am very pleased with the balance board. I used something similar at my physical therapist's office when rehabbing from knee surgery. This balance board has all the same features but, is cheaper and more portable. Now I am using it to retain my balance training as I age. I am very happy with the speed with which the product was shipped.

Family members ranging from 20 - 60 all enjoyed integrating the Bodyblade into their home workouts. The effectiveness of the 'blade workout is quickly apparent and because it's easy to just pick up and play with anytime, it inspired many impromptu creative workouts. We (my husband) and I do the super-6 every morning and night with incredible results, better tone, more energy and able to keep it up only after 2 weeks. We ar 65 and hav never felt better physically.

Great tool for massage on legs, especially the back of legs that you can do to your self as well as massage for arms and back. Worth getting. The longer one is great for back and the middle size is just easier to use on legs but both sizes work.

This is a very useful tool. It works extremely well. I have an 18 inch Tiger Tail Muscle Roller but it is too long. The smaller roller is also more effective for my muscles and it is the perfect length.

The tiger tail is great. Rolling out calves and hamstrings are really tough to do with a regular foam roller, but it’s easy to do with the Tiger Tail. It flexes nicely when you apply some pressure on the handles. The foam itself is soft and durable.

It was great to be able to get the rebuild kit for my used Fitter Pro. The new tracks and bands made a big difference. Shipping was fast. Very pleased.

A simply and easy process to change the rails and the bands. Great way of extending the life of the machine.

I LOVE my fitter. I use it and I use it in my physical therapy practice. I've had it for years and it only recently needed repairs. This was great to be able to purchase the parts and install them in( I'm slow) under 15 minutes. Fitter works like new.

The plastic new rails were easy to apply by removing the paper strip and sticking the rails on. Works like new.

Really like the pro fitter and have used it so much over the years some parts have worn out, am happy to get a replacement set easily

This kit is little dificult to switch by one person. I needed help to extract the old one. But, after switch, the equipment is new again.

I've beem using FitterFirst products for two decades now. Wonderful equipment, very effective in the rehab of numerous athletically induced injuries and surgical repairs.
I have also embraced the Active Office philosophy to my great benefit. Long hours in front of a computer are not nearly as draining as they once were.

I loved the challenge of this board in PT. I was doing rehab for a torn meniscus. I am so glad that I did the PT before the arthroscopic procedure. I truly saw the value in strengthening the knees and hips. I loved this board so much that I took a picture of the emblem on it and went right home and ordered. I will continue this challenge and will get to that little black ball !!!

Used this at physical therapy after my cartilage graft in my knee. It was tough to do as I worked to regain my quad strength. Having this at home has really helped me regain the lost strength and has helped me get back to running. I LOVE this!

This is the exact equipment that I used with my physical therapist. It is strong, simple and adjustable. It was delivered quickly and properly. Function is perfect.

The board is just like the one I use a physical therapy. I love it, but the shortest fulcrum (with the black rubber circle) doesn't have the velcro to hold it in place. The others do.

I am using them to assist in building strength and flexibility after hip replacement surgery. They are a very effective tool used under under the direction of a physiotherapist. Would be nice if they had come with a user guide.

I was introduced to ThermaWedge after trying numerous treatments over 10 months for my Plantar Fascitis - in one month of use of the ThermaWedge I have almost complete relief. It’s the most effective way of stretching the calf and foot- now I can play pickleball 3+ times a week with no after effects!!

Perfect size but was hoping it was going to be firmer.....

I bought the smallest one because that's all they had in stock. Have used it only for massaging feet. The spikes feel nice. But It's softer than I expected. Not as useful as I had hoped.

Adds an extra dimension to using the balance board. I am comfortable in bare feet and feel safe with socks. The cover allows me to easily incorporate the BodyBlade into my balance routine.

Good quality good strength range

Bought the light one originally for my son after he broke his finger. Six weeks post injury, he was playing goal in soccer. He was able to keep the other fingers in shape while the injured one recovered, and was able to gradually add in gentle movements for the injured finger.
I have since used it with my massage therapy clients for strengthening and rehabilitation with fantastic results - three weeks to improve grip strength and circulation after an old wrist fracture. Coming to get another in the medium!

Yes, I have hand problems, and arthritis, plus quite weak wrists. I really enjoyed using this product. I have not had it long enough to experience any benefits, but it does work out your hand, fingers and wrists, so I am sure to see some positive benefits soon. I enjoyed the softness and flexibility of this tool, and it was quite easy to use, and was not hard on your hands. If you are diligent and use this regularly, you are sure to see some benefits. I will be ordering the medium strength in the not to distant future. I would recommend this product.

I'm using it every single day since I've got it and it's way better than the ball or the very expensive compress air glove or the Seabo glove with elastic on each of the finger and thumb. For the price paid for the Power web it worth using it instead.

I was looking for a full grip strength tool that would help me with my finger strength more than my grip itself. I tried a multitude of other tools but settled on this item allowing for a full stretch. It allows you to make it easier and more difficult the farther you stretch out. Customer service and shipping was great, fast and packed safely to avoid any damage during transport.

This is a great system for increasing and maintaining strength. I particularly like the fact that it is so compact and lightweight I can take it it with me on trips.

I began using a Lifeline resistance cable about ten years ago and have had great success. My chiropractor had recommended I use one for shoulder tendinitis, suggesting the most suitable colour/resistance level I should get, and coached me through a range of exercises using it. It has helped immensely and keeps the pain at bay. The quality is excellent, given I have only just replaced it after ten years.

I use these handles in a ladies exercise group. They are high quality plastic and stand up to being tossed in a bin several times a month. I like that I can interchange the tubing. My ladies have different abilities and the tubing can be changed to match their strength. A great confidence booster to use a denser tube. The tubing can be removed from one handle and passed through a variety of anchors. I also have several pairs of the triple end handles. To date I have ordered about 20 pairs. This company offers a great price. I paid much more for the first one from Chicago.

I have just replaced my resistance cable after ten years of frequent use. The low cost handles on the previous one had woven fabric strapping running through the plastic part of the handle which has eventually frayed, so I decided to replace them with this much more substantial pair of handles. These are more comfortable to use and will last indefinitely.

I am a Spartan athlete who is dealing with a hip injury. I've been put on bed rest and had been going crazy as not allowed to do anything. I heard about these from a fellow Spartan athlete, and thought - it can't hurt. My grip strength isn't the best so I bought all three of them to work on my grip strength during my time off. And if they don't help my grip strength - well, I have something for stress relief! But I do think it's helping. I could barely budge the middle size one when I began using these 3 weeks ago and now I can do it about halfway. And the red one I could not budge at all and now it has some movement (very little but some when there used to be none!) Neat little tool to have around when watching tv, reading a book, travelling, or like me - dealing with an injury.

I like the foam roller as it helps with some tight muscles. Still working on technique though. Not so easy to use if you're not somewhat fit already.\

I purchased a Fitterfirst slide second hand that came without the bumpers. I ordered the replacement bumpers on line and they were delivered to me quickly and as promised. They were accompanied by a good pair of slide booties and a small can of Armorall to lubricate the slide. Both were great add ons. The bumpers themselves are well made and the locking system to attach them to the slide is easy to use. I gave this a 4 star review rather than a five because I think the bumpers show a tendency to unlock a touch too easily. This may be nitpicking and I am pretty close to giving it a five star rating. I think it is a very good product and recommend it without hesistation.
