Below is our shipping policy to guide you through the process with ease.

Order Placement and Processing

If you've opted for shipping rather than in-store pickup, we'll add a small shipping fee to your order. All regular orders are shipped from our Lethbridge warehouse.

Please allow us 2 business days to process your order. Keep in mind, we don't process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays. While we aim for prompt delivery, we can't guarantee an exact arrival date. Our estimates are just that – estimates.

Please ensure that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. FitterFirst is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect address information.

Shipping Costs & Timeframes

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and added to your total. Once payment is made, we start processing your order right away. Please note that our shipping estimates are applicable to Canada only. For USA or international orders, reach out to our customer service team for details.

We ship all weekday orders within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Ground shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery to most provinces and states, with deliveries scheduled from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM MST/MDT on weekdays, as well as those placed over the weekend, for overnight, second-day, or three-day shipping, will be shipped the following business day.
