Classic Balance Board

It's not too difficult to use and the size is good. After comparing with some other balance boards, I think the price could be lower.

My balance has always been terrible, and I decided to do something about it. I'm in my fifties, and in a few more years, bad balance may become a serious problem. After two weeks of daily use I can already feel the difference. I stand on my balance board while I'm listening to the news, or talking on the phone. A great product!

I purchased this balance board to use with my standing desk, to allow more movement at work and promote health. I use it for a few minutes at a time, when I'm on the phone or doing mouse work (it's hard to use while typing). I think it's way better than a treadmill (and portable)! Several others at my office are going to buy one.

I am very pleased with the balance board. I used something similar at my physical therapist's office when rehabbing from knee surgery. This balance board has all the same features but, is cheaper and more portable. Now I am using it to retain my balance training as I age. I am very happy with the speed with which the product was shipped.
